[LCC] 2020 LAQP

So you are saying a station with a tri-bander or wire antenna with 100 
watts is going to hear and be heard as well as someone with a stack of 
monobanders running 1500+ watts.  Maybe the laws of physics work 
different where you live. And that a domestic contest doesn't need to be 
operated differently than an international contest. I need to hear your 
story at the next CTU. And we're talking about the Russian DX contest 
not the CQWW or some other mega contest.

Now that I have your attention.  I await your answer to the question.  
When do you want the LAQP run?
