Please help me understand what you mean by the statement "The N5LCC 
station should spend more time promoting the LAQP and less time just 
making QSO."


1.  Are you suggesting that during the contest period we have N5LCC on 
the air promoting the LAQP?

  or

2.  Are you suggesting that N5LCC be on the air in the weeks preceding 
the LAQP to promote the upcoming event?

or

3.  Something else?
