Thanks for your reply. Your input is appreciated. Having the LAQP on a
weekend when there are not two (2) other major contests and when there are
other state QSO parties is an idea whose time has come.

A Delta Division QP is a great idea. I was going to suggest having it when
others have it. I remember last year I think I participated in KS, HI and OH
all on the same weekend but it was in August.

I'm never going to give up on getting this fixed.

The current weekend for the LaQP is not a good choice. There are two (2)
major contests that same weekend  - the Russian DX Contest and the BARTG.
Both have many ops participating.

There are 52 weekends in a year, and there is no reason not to pick a
weekend without major contests, and that has other state QSO parties going
on.
