Art, check out http://laqp.org and get the official Parish abbreviation.  I
think Lafayette is LAFA.

Sonnier and Victor are Rover throughout North LA.  They started in Rapides,
and are going up to Ruston and back down to Cameron.  Listen on 20M CW
around 14.040.
