[LCC] IARU THIS weekend, 7 AM Sat - 7AM Sun

Hi Guys,
	Didn't see any response to my earlier post, but remember, IARU is this 
weekend. It runs from 7AM Saturday morning to 7AM Sunday morning. For this 
one, we give out signal report and ITU zone (LA is in zone 7). You can work 
stations by band/mode, so there are LOTS of contacts to be had. Full rules
