[LCC] IARU this weekend

The IARU contest is this weekend.  This contest runs
from Saturday 1200Z (7AM local) to Sunday 1200Z (7AM local).

The exchange is signal report and ITU zone.  Louisiana is in zone 7.  A map of

This contest has not only zones as multipliers, but also IARU Headquarters
stations and IARU Executives.  W3UR is publishing a list of HQ stations
here.  http://www.dailydx.com/iaru-12.htm  These stations will send a signal
report and the name of their IARU society (e.g., ARRL, RSGB, RAC, etc.).
IARU Executives such as K1ZZ will send AC, R1, R2, or R3.

Contacts count per mode / per band, so you can "move" folks through the 
bands for more contacts.
Mults count per band, so there will be lots of possible mults.
