[LCC] Need LA in CQWW RTTY

Still no QSO with LA on 15.
I saw W5LA spotted yesterday but never heard him or any activity on the spotted frequency. That's the only other LA callsign spotted on 15 this weekend as far as I can tell.
I may have picked the wrong band for single band. I took a quick look at ten a little while ago and signals from EU are strong whereas my CQ's on 15 are mainly yielding NA. My main SteppIR is off the air after I took the fiberglass poles off for Francine. Decided not to put it back on the air until after Helene and now with more tropical activity expected, I may just leave it until after hurricane season. I'm running on a "homebrew" 2-element SteppIR at 35 feet with my 40-meter rotatable dipole directly above and at a 90-degree angle to the SteppIR. Both antennas work reasonable well on 15. The K index is 3 today and that hasn't helped.
C'mon! Find me on 15.

I'm doing a single op 15 meter effort in CQWW RTTY. Could use Louisiana. Come find me.
