BS7 is the last one I need on RTTY and I need it on SSB. I have it on 20 CW only from both the 1995 and 2007 operations. My 40M CW, 15M CW and 20M SSB contacts were all SNIL.
A bunch of rocks sticking out of the ocean during high tide being called an entity is just not right. If you have to build a scaffold over in order to operate from it, it shouldn't be an entity.

Don,
The vicious rumor going about is that a clam trawler nearly washed Scarborough away. This does beg the question: Is it really an island? I contend it is not.
I have worked it on more than one band so I don’t have a dog in that hunt.

The one thing that I would like to see is to have BS7 Scarborough Reef made a Deleted Entity. It should have never been a DXCC Entity to begin with.

The proposal..................................
The way I read this is the ARRL is considering
allowing members in the filed that are subject matter experts to
be committee members and forward their findings to the Board members.
I feel this is a very good thing.
