 The one thing that I would like to see is to have BS7 Scarborough Reef made a Deleted Entity. It should have never been a DXCC Entity to begin with.

The way I read this is the ARRL is considering

allowing members in the filed that are subject matter experts to

be committee members and forward their findings to the Board members.

  

I feel this is a very good thing.
