[LCC] LA, AR, MS, TX Calls found in SuperCheckPartial

Periodically I download the current SCP file and bump it against active 
calls in Louisiana.  This time I also included MS, AR and TX.

The 20June2020 version of SCP contains 15,610 W/VE calls
136 of 6,807 Louisiana calls found in SCP (1.9%)
114 of 8,812 Arkansas calls found in SCP  (1.2%)
104 of 5,842 Mississippi calls found in SCP (1.7%)
829 of 57,754 Texas calls found in SCP (1.4%)

1,189 of 79,215 regional calls in SCP (1.5%)

1,189 regional calls found in 15,610 SCP calls (7.6%)
