Scott,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I believe there is an opportunity here.
I'm all for a Delta Division (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee) QSO Party, but it may be difficult to get all 4 to agree on the dates and times.
A little background history....
ARQP -- May 11 2019 1400Z - May 12 2019 0200Z (12 hours)
LAQP -- March 16 2019 1400 - March 17 2019 0200Z (12 hours)
MSQP -- April 04 2020 1400Z - April 05 2020 0200Z (12 hours)
TNQP -- Sep 01 2019 1800Z - Sep 02 2019 0300 (9 hours)
1400Z thru 0200Z (12 hours) are the state QSO party times of 3 out of the 4 Delta Division states. Seems like a reasonable timeframe.
Mississippi has chosen a good weekend. See https://www.contestcalendar.com/perpetualcal.php
At the very least, we could move to April 04 2020 1400Z - April 05 2020 0200Z (12 hours) to coincide with the MSQP. It would be easy for us to do and would be a significant step forward!
Comments / suggestions?

What weekend would you suggest?
How would you feel about a “Delta Divison”, or some other multi-state QSO Party?
Participation in LA, AR & MS QSO Parties seem to collectively be low. There could be an opportunity there.
