[LCC] LaQP 2020

I like that suggestion, Scott.  N1MM already has a template for the 7QP, 
NEQP and Indiana QP all on the same weekend so that you can work all 
three with one log open.  I'm sure the N1MM team could whip up something 
for a "Delta Division" QP.    I could probably stir up some PVRC 
participation if there were no DX contest on the same weekend.    My .02 
cents...
