[LCC] Cover of the 2016 ARRL Handbook

Thanks Steve. I have to tell you it was a complete surprise to me. I had sent that photo in after the 2012 ARRL RTTY Roundup when whoever it was that was doing the article made a request for stories and pictures. The picture was not used in the article and I was a little disappointed because I set a new Single Op Low Power world record that year. After that, I didn't think anything about it until late last year when a friend of mine alerted me that I was on the Handbook cover. When I saw the picture I remembered how they got it.
