[LCC] LaQP 2014 Final report

Gentlemen,
	Based on participation levels for 2014, to insure continuity, TWO years 
worth of certificates and envelopes were purchased, as well as a new set of 
cartridges for the color laser printer. All have now been received and 
receipts delivered to our Sec/Treas.  The very colorful certificates were 
printed and signing was completed at the Shreveport Hamfest. All envelopes 
have been labeled and stuffed and a personalized congratulatory letter was 
included with each. Those receiving certificates were: top three places in 
each category(46), top scorer in each state(31), top scorer in each DX 
country(10).

	Several certificates were hand delivered to save postage, and the 
remainder, 14 international and 49 domestic, were all put in the mail 
today. Receipt for postage will be sent to the Sec/Treas.

	We have already started preparations for next year, and are looking to 
secure a date, if possible, NOT conflicting with the OKQP, because there 
are several rovers who would come support the LaQP, and greatly increase 
parish exposure. Hopefully, we will have a few more details at the 
Pineville meeting.

	With the certificates mailed and the web site having been being updated 
with all results and participants, this concludes the business for the 2014 
LaQP committee.
