[LCC] Would be nice to initiate this for club membes

Wow, I just upload my logs for old call WA5CHX and got some errors that were
corrected automatically in Club Logs. Now I need to fix my main logging
program. 

Guys, this is a very useful tool for checking logs and qsling. If 10 or more
club members register the Louisiana Contest Club can register as a club,
many clubs have already.
