[LCC] DirecTV RFI

I've written about my experience with DirecTV and what worked for me to
resolve my DirecTV RFI problems.  If someone else in LCC has similar
problems, there might be something in there that would help.  Also I mention
a great in-depth RFI tutorial written by Jim Brown K9YC, RFI-Ham.pdf, that
is available on his website.
