[LCC] N1MM and ARRL 10M Contest

I guess everybody who submitted a Cabrillo log for this 10M contest manually
edited the BAND category from ALL to 10M before they uploaded their log.

This is an error in N1MM. WriteLog defaults to 10M for CATEGORY-BAND, and
the drop-down menu selection for BAND only has one (1) other choice - 10M.
