[LCC] Great job / Thanks LCC

Hey Guys,
	This is great! Marshall is cheerleading for more participation in VHF and 
making his station available to guest ops during VHF contests, Art, Arch, 
Dallas and more are carrying the torch for CW operation. RC and AL are our 
QRP operators, Charlie, Rex, Don and several others are keeping interest up 
in RTTY, and Scott, Steve and several others are keeping things hopping 
during HF phone contests. Add to this that we have folks with enough 
experience to share in both technical advancements as well as operating 
advice. Now THIS is what I had in mind for the LCC!

	This reflector is all about helping each other keep the interest level up, 
and sharing information, so we can all get better. If you have a question 
on how something works, or an operating technique, or something relative to 
a specific contest, just post a message and someone with more experience 
should answer. If you are the one with experience, please jump in and help 
as folks are learning and/or trying new modes. If you have openings for 
guest ops during a contest, or you want to be a guest op, post a message. 
If you want to be on a team for the next contest, then when we start 
forming teams, drop a message to the reflector. Again, its about helping 
our fellow club members, raising the bar and having more fun.
