[LCC] club year / by-lay change

Hi Folks,
         I was informed that some missed, or almost missed the other 
message on the subject of voting to accept or decline changing the club 
year to a calendar year (Jan 1 - Dec 31). Particularly if you won't be 
attending the Pineville hamfest, we need you to log onto the club site, 
http://louisianacontestclub.org/ballot_enter.htm  and make your choice, 
BEFORE 9 pm Friday, so we can tally the electronic votes and take them to 
the meeting in Pineville.
         When you go to the page and click on the link 
<http://www.louisianacontestclub.org/memberinfo/ballot.htm>Louisiana 
Contest Club Ballot Form , it opens a login box. If you look at the small 
color box to the lower right, the "user name" is in red, and the "Password 
id." is in green.
         For any by-law vote, we need at least 2/3 of the membership to 
participate, so whether you are for or against, at least log on to make 
your preference known. Thanks!
