Thanks for forwarding, Scott. In view of our post-dinner discussion it
is good to see that the table issue has been addressed. BTW put me
down for a ticket for next year. Now if only the food and food service
problems could be fixed. Still had a nice time though even though I
somehow lost Ted, Bobby, et al on the way to the bar upstairs!

Agreed George. The service was TERRIBLE this year. First time I've ever
experienced that. Glad to see that they took care of the club's table like
that. We ended up with an extra seat because the guy who bought the ticket
sat elsewhere.

That would make the most sense. Nice to be close the action, but I think we're going to stay at the same place again. Fred ww4ll and Ralph k1zzi are going to move over as well. He's been with the group from the Southeast Contest guys, and they usually get a pretty big block and a decent price, but he wasn?t too thrilled again this year. Said that he's paying more for the same crummy rooms. Only advantage was that it was where the meetings were.
I've already booked ours for next year! Looking forward already!

It is also my current understanding that the hotel's banquet manager
was basically brand new on the job. Still no excuse, but perhaps the
problems lie therein.
There was also a poster that next year all ham reservations must be
made thru North Coast Contesters. To me, it sounds like Tim Duffy K3LR
& crew have negotiated a rate for a big block if not most of the hotel.

Scott, how about putting out the amount to pay for the yearly dues and to whom we remit to as well as an address so we don't have to
go search for it.
Thanks!

LCC members & friends:
Here's a gentle reminder to check your paid thru or expiration date as my records show. Remember the LCC fiscal year runs July 1
thru June 30 (however with member interest that could be changed to coincide with a calendar year).
