I hope Dallas has some  interest.  AD5YP and the W5YL club are the current
sponsors.   Ray, W5EW (ex K5LXZ) has re-written the rules and if Dallas is
interested  he will help.

I don't know how the W5YL club stands but they need  cabrillo format and a
log checking program.
My CQ WW 160 program is old  and I prefer that
someone else provide this.  They will need a robot  to check in the logs, do
some checking to assure cabrillo, and issue a  confirmation.

Ray and I agree what is needed is to expand the CW  operation.  I know W5XX
does some mobile operation and I recall there  are several others.  The LA
ARRL Section page has the 2010  results.
