This was in the ARRL propagation bulletin.  Dean is one of those guys that
impresses me, and I can learn a lot from him and his expertise and
experience as a contester.

 

 

Dean Straw, N6BV gave a presentation in October at Pacificon 2010 titled
"Seeing the HF Propagation Big Picture."  The slides are available in a PDF
