[LCC] LCC member makes cover of QST

Congratulations to Ted, KN5O, for making the cover of October 09 QST. He 
was operating W5AU in the 2008 ARRL 10 meter contest. He and accomplice 
Dallas, K1DW, just missed the box with an 11th place finish overall, out of 
1892 entries. Great job, Guys!!
