Good news for those who operate mobile.

HB146 Amended to excluded Amateur Radio
The Louisiana House amended HB146, regarding use of cell phones while 
driving, to specifically
exclude Amateur Radio devices. The bill has passed the House and is now in 
the hands of the
state Senate.
