[LCC] Louisiana Qso Party, Feb 14

Hey Mark, that's also the same weekend as WPX Rtty.  Not sure what I'll be
up to this weekend, either one or the other.  Was supposed to go to W8JI's
in GA, but just cant swing it this time around.

I know a couple of the guys from here in Lafayette will be down at the EOC
operating as W5DDL, handing out Lafayette Parish.
