<p>My best wishes to KG5VK, a very familiar contest call, for a
speedy recovery. My daughter got a staph infection 10 years ago
and that was a real bugga to cure. Painful and debilitating.
Get well fast, Steve! Hope to hear KG5VK again soon. Will
probably be at W4CUL for field day. Back to NOLA over
Thanksgiving weekend for a wedding and real food.<br>

for a staph infection that required surgery. He is taking
antibiotics intravenously and is expected to be hospitalized
several more days.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I offered to bring a transceiver and wire
antenna to him so he could operate Field Day but he declined –
so this must be serious.<o:p></o:p></p>
