identifiers must not conflict with the prefixes assigned to any
other countries. You're not even supposed to sign /M. That's one
of the reasons why Techs who upgraded to Tech Plus had to sign /KT
and not /T or something similar - KT is a US prefix.<br>

In the MO QSO Party, the county (parish) is obviously part of the
exchange (just as section is in Sweepstakes) and that has proven to
be sufficiently attractive to the callers. So I suggest just using
N5LCC and adding any differentiating information in the QSO
exchange.<br>

That said, the call's trustee is responsible for knowing the control
operator responsible for any transmission so you'll have to maintain
pretty good scheduling!<br>

Really, this is me brainstorming via the fingertips.<br>

What if we allowed members of the LCC to operate with the N5LCC call during<br>
the year, and then somehow incorporated the resulting QSOs into the LAQP as<br>
bonuses, even thought these QSOs did not take place during the contest<br>
period? I am thinking that we could do N5LCC/<parish abbreviation>. We<br>
could even do a "worked N5LCC in all parishes" award.<br>

Does anyone think it would be possible to put 16 parishes on the air<br>
