It was built using parts from a KT36M2 so it's not a stock KT34M2. I
installed it last year and it worked well for me despite being at only 40'. I mainly used it as a second high band antenna during contests. Running low power in the 2011 CQWW RTTY contest, I used it primarily on 15 meters which was, by far, my most productive band yielding over 800 contacts. So the antenna definitely works well.</div><div id="yiv2129301558yui_3_2_0_20_135030690398342"><br></div><div id="yiv2129301558yui_3_2_0_20_135030690398342" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: 'times new roman', 'new york', times, serif; background-color: transparent; font-style: normal; ">Something happened to the antenna during Isaac which caused the SWR to go up to 3:1 on 20 meters. There does not appear to be any physical damage to the antenna. It may be something simple but I really don't have the time to try to figure it out. I took the antenna down a couple of weeks ago and some water came out of at least one of the capacitor tubes. The
capacitor tubes are for 10 and 15 meters so I'm unsure why that would affect 20, or if there is some other problem I can't see.
