It is with a heavy heart that I relay the news that Larry Gautier, K8UT, 
passed away this morning.  Larry has been valued member of the N1MM team 
since 2009.  Larry helped me pick SQLite as the database for N1MM+ in 
2013 and has written much of the documentation and done virtually all of 
the webmaster work for the project.

More importantly, Larry served as a trusted advisor and often provided 
the sane, sober view of how to handle people issues that came up from 
time to time.  I will miss that help from Larry the most.

Larry also was the driving force behind Mortty and the FreqEZ antenna 
switches.  I remember hawking his Mortty kits at YCCC meetings as the 
best $18 you will ever spend, 'cause it was.

Larry succumbed to a long bout with cancer that finally took him today.  
Larry was a kind man, and gave generously of his talents to the N1MM+ 
team and to those on this news group.  Feel free to post your 
remembrances of Larry on this thread.  I will forward the thread to his 
wife Irene.
