[LCC] 3Y0J Bouvet FT8 frequencies

The 3Y0J group of operators arrived today at Bouvet Island.  They are 
not on the island yet, but once they get the equipment setup on the 
island, they will be operating CW, SSB, RTTY and FT8 (See Band Plan 
https://www.3y0j.no/bandplan)  One thing of note that I want to bring to 
your attention is that they will be operating FT8 in Fox and Hound Mode. 
  See below for frequencies that they will be operating FT8.  If you've 
never operated in Fox and Hound mode, you may refer to several YouTube 
videos in setting up and operating as the HOUND.
