[LCC] VOTA W1AW/5 Louisiana

You should step up and coordinate this one. Retired and such, you can 
find the time!

Here is what I know has taken place regarding a LA coordinator:
On December 17th at the Minden hamfest, I personally spoke face-to-face 
with our division director and indicated my willingness to be the 
coordinator.  He said he was anticipating that.

The next week, I phoned and spoke with our section manager and indicated 
my willingness to be the coordinator.  He replied great.

A few days later, the section manager sent me a link to the VOTA page at 
arrl.org.  Louisiana didn't have a coordinator listed.  I've had no 
further contact since then.
