[LCC] 12-m OWA with 6-elements on a 24-foot boom

Last Saturday, I built a 12-m OWA with 6-elements on a 24-foot boom.  
Now gotta get it in the air!  Yeah, I know.  Not a contest band.  But my 
DXCC count is low on this band.
