[LCC] Need more LA stations in CQWW RTTY

I only have one antenna up after Ida. It's my main 3-element SteppIR so I am
limited to the high bands. I worked only N8OO & N5VU on 20 meters from LA. I
read a post that someone said they have not worked any LA stations on 40 and
80 meters. So if you happen to show up in CQWW RTTY today on the low bands,
you might be popular!
