[LCC] W5L - Louisiana Purchase Special Event

Hi!

The 2021 edition of the W5L - Louisiana Purchase Special Event is 
underway!  As always, the pileups have been great, and lots of fun is 
being had all around.

This is a coordinated distributed event, meaning that hams all across 
Louisiana can operate from their fixed, mobile, or portable stations, 
and can choose available time slots, bands, and modes accordingly.

Jim W5LA is the QSL manager for the event, and all logs are sent to him 
at the conclusion of the event.

If you'd like to participate as an operator and put your Louisiana 
station on the air, it's not too late!  Simply go to the website

Other than operating as W1AW/5 a few years ago, I've never had bigger 
pileups that never ended like this event generates every year.
