[LCC] Progress on 80-meter 4-square construction at W5WZ

If you have experience building and tuning a 4-square, please read on.

I'm making progress here at W5WZ.  Radial field is down.  Got the first 
(northwest) vertical up today 5/9/2020, with the help of WM5H, KF5GDJ 
and KF5GDK.

I've documented my work and the antenna measurements on my web page.
