[LCC] New Categories in the ARRL RTTY Roundup

There are new categories in the ARRL RTTY Roundup for 2021. Per the rules
here they are.

 

"Categories: Single Operator - RTTY-Only in all power categories; Single
Operator Unlimited - MixedMode, RTTY-Only, or Digital-Only in all power
categories. Multioperator-Single, -Two, and Multitransmitter - Mixed-Mode
only, see Special Rules and HF Categories for power categories."

 

They added M2 and MM. For single ops they changed the categories to show
that anyone using FT modes will be placed in an Unlimited category since
running multi-channel decoders put you in this category.
