Keith,

Yes.  The LAQP committee wants all the email addresses.  Why?

1.  Thank them for participating.
2.  Send them the official contest results
3.  Send them the instructions to generate certificates earned on 
demand, from the web.
4.  Next year, about 30-45 days out, invite them to participate in the 
2021 LAQP.

Nothing more.
