[LCC] Approval for LCC to spend $30

I believe LCC should pay for the software that will extract callsign and
e-mail address from the 280+ received Cabrillo LAQP 2020 logs.

Can the President of LCC spend $30 without LCC members having to vote?

You know I mentioned yesterday in  one our many emails that I would like to
have the email address for the people that submitted logs without having to
go to each log open it and copy the email information.  I sent Bruce a email
asking if anyone in his group had a utility that would extract email info
and more out of the header in the log files.  I haven't heard from him at
this time, however I researched many of hour yesterday and found a bunch of
different software applications that did alot of different thinks.  We I
finally found one that said it would extract email addresses for a group of
text files and put them in a text file.  So I downloaded and installed it
well I haven't bought it yet but it will process all the logs in a folder by
just drag and drop the folder on the icon for the software and it will
search search each file pull the email out and put them in a single column
of emails.  You can then use Excel and import just the email into a
spreadsheet.  The cost of this software is only $29.95.  I haven't purchased
it yet thought I would give Bruce another day or so to get back to me.  So
for 30 bucks I can process all the logs and get the emails.
