[LCC] 2020 LAQP

The point is not how many LCC members operated in the Russian DX Contest. The point is band congestion due to the numbers of stations operating in the Russian DX Contest.

Okay, so you work a DX station in the Russian DX Contest or the BARTG Contest and count it as a QSO in the LAQP. Do you think that's the focus of a state QSO party?

I did a quick check using 3830scores to see if I could find anyone from the LCC that submitted a log in the Russian DX contest for the last 3 years and found zero (0) logs submitted from anyone claiming to be a member of the LCC.
