I'll be uploading revisions to this URL without further notice. You can
check it from time to time to see if anything is new. COIL.ZIP now
includes a tiny file whose name is the COIL version number. Dropbox
shows the ZIP contents. If the version is new, click Download.

3.01 changes are minor. I did add a second Easter egg. If you haven't
yet found the first, you may be asked to turn in your bug and D-104.
