[LCC] "Club name does not appears on contest club eligibility lists"

WriteLog puts the club name "LOUISIANA CONTEST CLUB" in the CLUB entry of my
Cabrillo files. When I submitted my ARRL RTTY Roundup log via their web
upload page, there was a note on the submission page that reads:

"Note: club name does not appear on the contest eligibility list (see
Contest Club Tools)."

The link for "Contest Club Tools" goes to this page:

http://www.arrl.org/contest-club-tools/

I'm guessing this has to be done for each ARRL contest but I'm not sure. If
we want to submit our club scores we must register them before the start of
the contest, is what I read. Is that correct? Someone want to clue me in on
this?

If that's the case and since a few of us do participate in Roundup, I think
next year we should make LCC eligible if that's the case.
