[LCC] ARRL National Parks on the Air

I plan to activate Jean Lafitte (near New Orleans). New Orleans Jazz
National Historic Park is also here, but on a very small piece of property
downtown. May be difficult to get permission and operate there.

Anyone interested in joining the fun, let me know.
