Hi All,

I hope everyone enjoyed contesting in 2016 and is looking forward to
contesting in 2017. 10M and 15M may be down some due to lower SFI numbers,
but the low bands should provide lots of contest Qs.

Just a friendly reminder, 2017 LCC dues are due again starting on January 1.
