[LCC] W1AW/5 medallions

[Don Hill AA5AU]

The white coin is called the “W1AW Challenge Coin” and is for sale in the ARRL Store for $9.95. There is also a small write-up on what a Challenge Coin is. Search “coin” on the ARRL site.

 

The only other coin shown on the site is a VEC coin. And I have found any mention of them sending out these coins to W1AW portable operators. I guess like many things with the League, it’s a mystery!
