Hi Guys,
The January running of the NAQP SSB is THIS Saturday, Jan 17.
Complete rules are available at this link: http://ncjweb.com/NAQP-Rules.pdf

The contest starts at NOON, Central time, and goes until
midnight. Single ops may only run for 10 of the 12 hours, and may not
use any spotting or assistance. Multi's can run the entire 12 hours
and are allowed to use assistance. For ALL stations, power is limited
to 100 watts, so the playing field is somewhat level. The exchange is
simple, your name and location (state, province or country).

Single ops may form teams (registered before the contest
starts), to compete against other teams. Multi's are not allowed to
be on teams. At our last general interest club meeting, I offered my
station for mentoring newbies, and now have two previously
non-contesters coming over, so I will not be available for a team.

If anyone is interested in being on a team, drop me a message.
I'll form the best teams I can and get them registered prior to the
starting gun. Since I'll have others here, about 11:00 AM will be the
cut-off time for letting me know. Oh, make sure your logging software
shows club as - "Louisiana Contest Club"

Who wants to be on a team???

73,
K5ER
