[LCC] NAQP SSB - add W5WZ to an LCC team

Once again, it falls on the Saturday of LA District 8 Honor Band concerts
for my 2 high school kids - concert time is 1:30pm at LA Tech.  Should end
and get me home around 5-530pm.

 

If any compilation of ops would appear to have a shot at a top club
competition spot, bump me to another team.

 

Either way, make sure W5WZ is on an LCC team.  I will try to get on after
the concerts.
