[LCC] ClubLog

“Verified” is usually something that has to be changed manually in your log (I think). It doesn’t make sense because you would think
that anything that has been matched up on LoTW “should” be verified, but it’s not. If you go by what the Help file in DXKeeper says:

For QSL cards:

*	V (verified) - the QSO's Entity, Entity-Band, and Entity-Mode have been granted DXCC credit by the ARRL as a result of QSL
card submission

For LoTW:

*	V (verified) - the QSO's Entity, Entity-Band, and Entity-Mode have been granted DXCC credit by the ARRL as a result of LotW
confirmation submission

So a contact is only verified if it is used for DXCC credit towards an award. Therefore, I think the only way to change the state
from confirmed to verified is to do it manually in your log. I may be wrong on this but this is the way I’ve been doing it.

Gentlemen,
I am having the same issue. I had about 18 or so cards checked by a card checker. ALL my others (55,000+) were sent as
.ADI's and uploaded to LOTW. Every one of the "card qso's" shows up in my dxcc standings and on the matrix in the LOTW site, but
they DO NOT show up on a LOTW search, nor are they in any file I try to export out of the LOTW site, which is what you have to do to
go from the yellow "worked" to the green "confirmed" on Clublog. I still have no idea what it takes to get the contacts to show as
"verified".

Someone once said that I would have to take a photo of each and send to Clublog for them to give me credit, but I have not
confirmed this. If you guys find the true work around, it would be great to pass it along.

Thought it might be something simple like that

Thank you for sending me the up date !

By the way I think you can manually update clublog to reflect those manually credited cards
I will investigate this and let you know

Okay, I figured out what is happening.

The ADIF file I downloaded from LoTW and then uploaded to ClubLog only has

confirmed QSOs from 2005 (when I started using LoTW) to present. Â Before

2005 I had worked and confirmed a number of entities with QSL cards. The

cards were checked at ARRL HQ and Ham-Com.

After I started using LoTW in 2005 the ARRL added the QSOs confirmed with

QSL cards to my DXCC Awards totals, but the confirmed QSOs do not show up on

LoTW.

So, this is in no way a "problem" with ClubLog.
