[LCC] Issues with ClubLog

The Y42 and Y37 errors were my fault. Even though the QSL cards said 1988, which was correct, my log said 1998.

Subject: [LCC] Issues with ClubLog

I have been methodically going through the email received back from ClubLog on my initial upload.

The first issue I had was with my TT8ZH QSO from 1992. ClubLog said it was invalid. I checked LoTW and the contact was shown as
verified even though it was confirmed with a physical QSL card. I took a screenshot of the LoTW entry and attached it to a ticket I
opened with ClubLog. Within an hour they responded and said someone else had also proved that it was accepted by ARRL and they have
now removed it from being invalid.

I know see that they are saying both my Y42LK and Y37JO contacts with German Democratic Republic, both in 1988, count instead for
Federal Republic of Germany. This is obvious incorrect because I have both QSL cards sitting in front on me and both say German
Democratic Republic. I checked the date on the ARRL site and it says contacts from September 17, 1973 to October 2, 1990 country for
this entity (DM, Y2-9). So now I will have to open another ticket with them.

It's kind of a pain in the butt to have to do all this. They have done a pretty good job on most invalid or incorrectly logged
entities but this one is too obvious.
