[LCC] gift baskets for rtty dinner?

Hi Scott,

I like the way you think. LCC should send two (2).

Back when the proposed quantity was one (1), and it wasn't clear to me if
that could be approved before the next meeting which is after Dayton, I
offered to pay for the basket and shipping. Never heard anything back.

As many members of the LCC often place in the top 10, even king of the hill,
in the RTTY contests, and the fact that Fred is a friend of several LCC
members, and to ensure that LCC didn't offer verbally and then forget to
formally approve a donation to the RTTY dinner; and since we are not broke:

therefore I believe the LCC should send up to 2 baskets to the RTTY dinner
at Dayton in 2014.
