If you want a fairly complete logging suite, DX Lab Suite is the way to go.

If you just would like a fairly simple, easy-to-use logging program, 
N3FJP, is decent.

You can use N1MM, but not really tailored for general logging (mostly 
contest oriented).

At least the nice thing is that as long as all of these programs allow 
you to import and
export ADIF files, you have the freedom to choose and decide which one 
you like best.
